职位描述：
- 1.Set up and implement the laboratory quality management system. (10%)
- 2.Improve the laboratory operation process continuously, make sure testing is done within required time and improve productivity. (30%)
- 3.Review the lab result before releasing to ensure the good quality. (30%)
- 4.Train and built up the efficient team to ensure business growth (10%)
- 5.Safety management in production and make sure the workplace is clean. (10%)
- 6.Provide technique support to lab/CS/sales. (5%)
- 7.Provide the solution for incident. (5%)
任职条件：
- 1.Degree or above Footwear/Leather, Textile or equivalent
- 2.At least 5 years working experience in test laboratories.
- 3.Excellent command of English.
- 4.Familiar with the qualitative and quantitative analysis of wool, cashmere and other special fibers
- 5.Good knowledge in EU, GB , USA textile product regulatory and testing requirement.
- 6.Familiar with laboratory quality management system ISO 17025 and CMA audit.
- 7.Self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
- 8.Effective team player with very good communication and interpersonal skills.
